Business setup covers four initial extensions. Users five through ten have no additional monthly fee. All minutes are pooled across the company, not provided separately to each employee. Before you connect
Month-to-month service with 30 days’ written notice to cancel. Subscriptions are billed in advance and actual usage afterward. Included minutes reset monthly and do not roll over. Ordinary call and forwarding usage rounds up to six-second increments per billable call or connection. Final-bill treatment, spending limits and overflow handling are confirmed in your signed service authorization.
Standard supported US calling only. Cellphone forwarding currently supports ordinary destinations in the contiguous United States; Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, territories, premium and toll-free forwarding destinations are excluded. Other calling arrangements require confirmation and a quote. Supported port coordination fits within your setup allowance; complex ports need a written scope. Keep your existing phone service until any port is confirmed.
The phone plan covers the agreed business hours, ordinary greeting and menu, routing, voicemail or human fallback, caller identity, approved outbound calling, extensions and call history. Recording and transcription require separate consent, retention settings and successful activation. A generated greeting is optional; a live AI receptionist is a separately priced planned service. AI uses approved business information and does not commit to prices, timelines or warranties on your behalf.
Setup fees are due when you authorize the service and configuration begins. Monthly billing starts only after successful testing and written acceptance. AI integration and testing must be completed before AI activation; custom development is separately scoped. No checkout or estimate activates these services.
