Business includes two local phone numbers and setup for four employee extensions. Users five through ten do not increase the monthly subscription; additional configuration beyond the setup allowance is billed at $100/hour with approval. Minutes are shared across the company, not multiplied by users or numbers. Phone numbers and simultaneous calls are different: capacity and overflow handling are agreed before activation.
A phone operation is a team with independently managed call routing. Opening a warehouse does not increase that count if the same team and routing continue. Locations covers operations within one company; separately managed customer organizations need separate workspaces and a custom quote.
